IF YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A CARPET OR TILE CLEANING TECHNICIAN, WE WILL PAY YOU UP TO $20 PER HOUR PLUS UP TO $500 BONUS (BONUS PAYABLE IN 90 DAYS). Other types of floor cleaning skills can qualify, such as vinyl refinish. Full-time, year-round employment. Many employees have been with us 10 or more years, and some for over 20. Requirements and details: A valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer points. A dependable car (no buses, Uber, Lyft, taxis). Physically fit and able to lift and carry 60 pounds. You will drive your car to our headquarters, and then drive a company van to the jobs. We have work available every day (you are not required to work every day - we usually work 5 or so days per week - you can choose the days you want to work). Because we sometimes work split shifts and emergencies, IT IS BEST IF YOU TO LIVE NEAR OUR HEADQUARTERS IN FRASER, MICHIGAN (Kelly Road at Groesbeck). FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF CITIES WHERE YOU SHOULD LIVE in order to qualify for this job: Northeast Detroit, Harper Woods, Grosse Pointe Shores and Woods, St. Clair Shores, Roseville, Eastpointe, Centerline, Warren, Madison Heights, Sterling Heights, Fraser, Clinton Township, Harrison Township.
