Very busy construction company looking to hire a qualified Renovation workers. Business is kicking up and opening up this opportunity. This is a full time - Monday thru Friday opportunity for all of 2022. Ninety-eight percent of the work is residential. The job includes several aspects of the renovation/flipping venue. We do everything in house. Therefore we look for skilled workers that are capable of working 40 hrs a week. Our search requirements include: - A sound working knowledge of codes (Especially residential) - Available for work daily - Responsible and capable of working on projects with minimal to no assistance - In possession of tools of the trade - A vehicle (preferably a truck) that material could be acquired. (When necessary) - Problem solver, capable of accepting a challenge and seeing it through You must be ready to get involved and grow with the company. The busiest part of the year is now opening up.
