This job position is NOT an administrative or office position. Skilled Construction applicants only. You will not be considered without experience listed below. Please note that we are not looking to train unskilled workers at the moment. Gottschalk Construction is currently seeking a reliable skilled worker to add to our team. We are a residential maintenance company that serves all of San Diego county up to oceanside. We perform services such as, dry wall repairs, fence repairs, smaller remodels, water damage repairs, and misc. work that include a wide range of construction and maintenance services. This job requires our team members to be at different locations at different times of the day or week, we work on many properties at once. Job requirements are as follows: Clear and open communication with our contractor and office staff. Sending/Emailing in pictures and updates on completed work immediately. Clocking in and clocking out consistently and on time. Must be reliable and show up to work when scheduled. Must have your own truck and tools. Must work at a reasonable pace. Must be able to complete a job to 100% start to finish. Must be detail oriented/ make sure our work looks acceptable to the tenants/owners. Must Have Experience in SOME of the areas listed below: Tile work Carpentry (trim work/finish carpentry, rebuilding cabinets, building fences, baseboard/door installation) Drywall and texture Caulk and paint Maintenance/handyman repairs* Appliance installation Tile/flooring repair Stucco Please respond back to the email listed in the reply box (above left hand corner of the page) WITH YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE, a little about you, and what your desired hourly pay is and we will reach out for a phone interview.
