Custodian / Janitor for a small Machine Shop

We are seeking a responsible individual to join our crew. Shop floor responsibilities Daily- -Sweep shop for any visible chips or debris on the floor. -Mop the floor at least 1 time per day Weekly- -Clean the exterior of the machines at least once per week (all machines) -Clean office and lunch room for hand and finger prints -Empty Compressor over flow (Water Bucket) Monthly- -Clean below machines at least once per month (all machines) -Clean sump tank chip tray at least once (all machines) Upon request- -Clean inside of machine on foreman request, or foreman schedule -Check with operators for coolant needs all active machines Regular upkeep: -Clean trash bin area at least once per week or when excessive trash dumped -Operate fork lift as needed -Receive packages from delivery -Maintain bathroom cleanliness -Maintain lunch room cleanliness Start of day Every day: -Mop office early AM END OF DAY Every day: -Take out trash (every afternoon) -Store bins -Unplug fork lift -Request any thing you need for the next days in writing On Occasion: -Clean up after company meeting -Remove litter from building exterior -Disassemble pallets and transfer to the trash -Observe the saw cutting and aid if needed -Sort items, goods, hardware or tools on request Only responses with a Resume will be considered.
