This could be the best opportunity you see all day.... we are legit looking for a lifetime partner. We are a small-scale solar installation crew that is looking to add one or two guys to the team. Description: 1. Typical work hours 7am-5pm 2. Independent Contractor schedule- you choose the schedule based on available jobs. 3. You will start as a helper, learning how to do a specific part of the job. The goal would be to master one section of the job and be promoted to be in charge of that part of the job. 4. If you can LEAD a crew, you will be able to progress quickly. 5. Starting pay is roughly 17$ per hour, but after the trial period you become immediately eligible for our per job bonus structure based on finishing it quickly and with quality. Work Includes: 1. driving to and from job sites 2. installation of mounting hardware for solar installation 3. running conduit and electrical for solar and general residential 4. assisting job Forman on completion. At the end of the day you will start at a standard level to learn the position but then be moved into different roles based on performance and skills.
