DC Ranch Community Council is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team. We have an immediate opening for a custodian that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members. Some responsibilities to be completed daily at multiple location, but not limited to: • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting) • Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies) • Cleaning restrooms (refilling toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash dispensers) • Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) • Pool maintenance (clean, track and apply chemicals, remove pool covers and store) • Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room) Qualifications • Custodial experience is required • Have a valid driver's license • Be able to speak and write English Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties which may include the following: Bending, twisting, crouching or kneeling during maintenance activities. Pushing or pulling objects up to 100 pounds Climbing stairs/ladders, working at heights. Working outdoors in temperatures above 100˚ Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm (hours may vary)
