UCSD Physical Activity Research Study for Latina Teens

Chicas Fuertes is a one-year study for Latina girls (between the ages of 13-18) in the San Diego area that are looking to become more physically active. More specifically, we are testing a multi-media program that includes a personalized website, health coaching, and an Instagram account with health information. Everyone in the study receives a free Fitbit and can earn up to $270 for participating. This program is remote and will be conducted mostly through Zoom!
