Woman selling sick dachshund puppies in South Bay

Description

Hoping anyone here can help me identify the people selling these sick puppies. My husband and our toddler met this woman over the weekend to buy a dachshund puppy from her. She picked a location in mission valley, although she said she was in South Bay. She arrived in an old tan Ford Escape SUV. She is older, I’d say 60s, with short curly grey hair. She also may have a “brother” or someone she’s working with who is helping her sell these sick dogs; as I’ve seen some posts with the same dog photos also dealing with the same situation. He is said to drive a black Dodge Charger. The dog was purchased Sunday. Tuesday he was diagnosed at the emergency vet with Parvovirus and is expected to not make it. We contacted her immediately and her phone number has been disconnected. I am heartbroken for these puppies being brought into the world by these monsters who have no regard for their well being. It’s also gut wrenching to explain to a toddler that sometimes puppies die. If anyone has any information on who these individuals are, has seen those cars in a familiar driveway, or hears of anything that aligns with our story- I would greatly appreciate it. They need to be reported to animal control and the police department.
