Freight/transport of oversized item from SAC area to near Portland

I just purchased a hang glider in Jackson, CA. I am hoping to hire someone to safely transport the glider to southern Washington (15 miles from Portland, OR.) The dimensions of the glider inside it's storage bag are 201" x 12" x 12". Depending on method of transport, it may not require any packaging. It could just be tied down on a roof rack similar to the pictures I have included. Willing to pay $250 for transport, and extra if packing is required to avoid any damage.
