Puppy in need of forever home

It is with a heavy heart, due to my husband's recent hospitalization (heart issues) we must rehome our beloved Missy. Missy is 10 months. She has a high prey drive with cats, squirrels and birds. She's great with dogs her size but being a puppy, she's gets too excited with smaller dogs. She's great with ALL people but due to her size she should be in a home with pre-teens and up. She has knocked down our grandchild several times as she just doesn't understand her size when it comes to toddlers and/or small children. She's housebroken and crate trained. She will come with her new 54 inch wire crate, elevated dishes, new XXL posturpedic dog bed, current dog food, tons of treats, her AKC full registration, 3 generation pedigree, genetic testing (clear through PawPrints) her York county license which can be transferred for a small fee, multiple collars, harness, leash, toy box, toys, grooming tools, etc. She has ALL of her necessary vaccines including rabies (rabies due in October 2022) and a microchip which can be transferred over to the new owner. She is also on monthly Simparica Trio. She is due for the next Simparica Trio on May 7th. She travels great and has been on a 4 hour road trip. She knows the following commands; sit, down, paw, speak, please (one bark), thank you (two barks), back up (although she’s a little inconsistent), drop it (again she’s a little inconsistent), go get the toy, go potty, come when she’s in our fenced yard, wait (inconsistent) and leave it. She does jump on people when she plays and gets excited. We have been working on this. She can also be mouthy during playtime. We have been working on this. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She’s loving and playful. We have 2 teens with disabilities and she does great with them.**There is a rehoming fee she is NOT free.**I will be asking questions to make sure she goes to her forever home.
