Looking for a porter for an apartment community in Louisville, KY in the PRP area. Full time position, starting pay $15/hr -- Monday-Friday 8:30A-5:30P, off on weekends. Responsible for maintaining grounds (picking up loose trash in community and around dumpsters), trashing out vacant apartment homes as needed, occasionally moving appliances, and assisting the maintenance team on-site as needed. Reports to the on-site Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor.
