Compensation: $22 Employment type: part-time weekend If you have interest in making some extra money working on the weekends, being the "hero" to kids parties, and have either a pickup or other vehicle capable of towing, please read on. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE THAT IS CAPABLE OF TOWING, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PROOF OF VEHICLE INSURANCE. We are looking to fill positions immediately. Full size trucks work best followed by mid size trucks, SUV and then Cargo Vans. Bumper Hitches will not work, you must have a Commercial Class Hitch. Your duties will include: 1) Delivering Astro Jump(s)® in your vehicle to customers for home parties, company picnics, and other types of scheduled events in a timely, reliable manner. Failure to do so will leave 10-20 kids sitting on a curb very disappointed about Astro Jumps® broken promise of awesome fun for their party! Your Tasks will include: Loading jumps on the trailer and then loading blowers and accessories into your vehicle. Delivering, placing, inflating, properly anchoring,and from time to time cleaning the exterior and/or interior surface as needed. Obtaining the customers signatures on the Rental Contract and Liability Waiver. Explaining the Rental Contract and/or Liability Waiver and collecting the fee from the customer. Returning (usually) to the same party location and reloading the unit with the accompanying items and returning and off loading at our warehouse location. Delivery locations are usually in the city and surrounding communities but may, from time to time, extend to out-lying locations. Parties usually span a four hour period, therefore, a break may occur between a drivers last delivery and the first pickup. You may be required to start loading very early in the morning and may not finish until late evening that day. Compensation is paid at a fixed rate of $22 an hour. You will also be paid mileage as well. Pay checks are cut weekly. You can also receive tips for excellent customer service! This position is mainly for Saturdays and possibly some Sundays. I will need you to be available every Saturday from now through October unless notice is given for needed time off. This position is seasonal Part Time. Candidates: MUST be at least 18 years of age MUST have a driver's license for at least two years. MUST be capable of using a dolly, provided by us, equipment weighing a minimum of 225 lbs. MUST have a working, maintained, and insured Truck or SUV capable of towing, MUST have a valid drivers license with no restrictions. MUST have a clean driving record free of DUI's and Possession Charges MUST be able to pass a background check MUST provide proof of insurance Drivers' vehicle MUST be mechanically reliable with fully functional brakes and tires. MUST be available nights and weekends. MUST have an outgoing and congenial personality and enjoy dealing with the public, especially children.
