FULLY LICENSED / INSURED CARPENTER NEEDED FOR APARTMENT REMODEL (see photos, and please read ad fully before responding) YOU MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM: - active CCB license and insurance - active LLC or INC biz entity (check will be written to your biz name, not to your personal name) - your own van or truck - all necessary tools, ladders, shop vacs etc. Nothing will be provided. - clean professional quality invoice at end (even better if you have a way to invoice and take payment online) ----------------------------------------------------------- SCOPE OF WORK 1) install new patio blinds 2) install weather stripping front door 3) install chrome closet rod 4) replace bedroom door hardware, entry door hardware 5) install surface mount medicine cabinet 6) install replacement screw-in LED square can light 7) spray all heater grills to look new 8) reinstall fascia flashing 9) replace stove pans 10) clean out entire apartment, haul away debris (and there will probably a few more little finishing touch things that show up after all that is done. ) ----------------------------------------------------------- PAY Looking for someone in the $40-$50/hr range. That can do the work tomorrow Thursday 4/7/22.
