Rush Team Apparel provides on-site customization for apparel at important high school sporting events such as state championships. We show up to every OSAA championship event no matter how big or small, from football to debate we are there from beginning to end. Event staff will be trained to work all aspects of an event from set up and break down, to the entirety of the apparel customization and production process. Different tasks on site include: sales, garment staging, and heat-press operation. Sellers will walk the customer through the entirety of the process from item availability to customization options. Garment staging is responsible for prepping an order to be completed, which means grabbing the correct garment off the shelf and attaching any required customizations before queuing the item for production. Heat-press operators will finish off the process by directly adding customizations and logos to garments via the press. At times travel to events may be necessary as they can be scattered across the state from Portland, to Eastern Oregon. Travel reimbursement is available, and hotels will be provided if necessary. This is a great opportunity for people seeking additional part-time work, or to get a lot of hours in only a few days. Events can easily run from 8 to 12 hours per day, lasting as long as 3 days for larger events. Applicants are not required to work every event and will not be assigned to any locations which they cannot work. You can work as many or few hours and events as you please.
