Looking for someone to help 2 or 3 days a week. I run a landscaping company consisting of myself and a couple other part time workers. I like to juggle a few part time workers to keep schedules flexible and not burn anyone out before the end of the year. When I hire a main full time person they usually burn out by August. Work depends on time of year and weather. I need someone who can use their own vehicle for work with reimbursement. I work throughout central Massachusetts. I have one particular property in Harvard. It's far for me to go, but it's big. I usually go there every Thursday and almost always need help. So Thursdays are a main day I need you. Other days are flexible. I'm looking for someone who has some experience with lawns and gardens. Has run a line trimmer and other small hand equipment. Can work independently. Has personality. Previously my crew largely consisted of musician/artists who needed a day job. I'll hire anyone, any shape, size, or form as long as they can do the work well and show up when they say they will. I can start at $18/hour cash, try you out, and hopefully move up from there. Look forward to seeing who applies!
