Looking for energetic individuals with great customer service, organizational skills, and willing to be a team player! The Maintenance Technician will perform janitorial tasks, grounds cleanup/maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers. Technical expertise in one or more building trades highly desired. As a part of the on-site team, the Maintenance Technician will demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and will maintain a hazard-free environment.
