This position is ideal for candidates who can work a highly flexible schedule.  Title:              Housekeeper   Location:       Bay Area, California  Position Overview: A responsible, proactive, and congenial team member providing housekeeping services for a Bay Area family. The Housekeeper will report directly to the Head of Household..  Responsibilities: -Daily housekeeping activities include: -Cleaning, laundry, and organization of household areas -Weekly and biweekly housekeeper checklist duties -Maintain records of housekeeping schedules, cleaning tips, and dry cleaning -Accommodate family needs with flexible housekeeping schedules and adjustments in practices as changes occur -Report repairs that are needed  -Stock cleaning supplies, family over the counter items, and prescription medications -Track and inventory jewelry -Maintain Principal's toiletries, wardrobe and other closet inventory -Prepare packing tables and assist in packing for trips: -Travel prep includes creating packing lists, bag organization for disbursement, using color codes, and prioritizing them  -Work hand in hand with the Head of Household to streamline household operations -Communicate with other teams regarding family preferences and requests, family movements, and feedback -Should have a good understanding of technology and its applications in the home  -Daily walk-throughs of the home for operational and safety review -Unpack and log incoming packages, returns/exchanges. -Run errands for the Principal, which include supplies and prescriptions Applicant Requirements: -Able to work a flexible schedule, to accommodate frequent changes -Must have 5+ years experience working in large, busy, luxury homes -Proactive in anticipating situations and thinking outside the box -Transmit low stress - a low maintenance individual who can absorb the stress of the job without passing it on to the -Principal -Demonstrate sound judgment and organizational skills -Strong follow-through skills, etiquette, and attention to detail -Willingness to work nights/weekends and be on call for urgent matters  -English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication -Trustworthy and honest -Able to work legally in the United States -Long-term intent -Must have strong time management and multi-tasking skills -Punctuality and good attendance record is a must -A polite individual who is flexible, self-motivated, a team player and energetic -Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance -Good working knowledge of written and spoken English is required -Must have excellent references from past employers -Must be able to pass an in-depth background investigation -Valid driver's license and good driving record-willing to use personal vehicle for work -Should be able to accept constructive criticism gracefully -Must be fully vaccinated for COVID + boosted Compensation: -100++K | DOE -Full medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability  -401K plan | 6% match -15 paid vacation days  -Paid sick days -12 paid holidays -Long term incentive plan -Annual wellness benefit for gym or other similar -Discretionary bonus To be considered for this opportunity, please reply with your current resume, we will reply to all qualified candidates.
