Looking for Handyman around Central Arkansas! ***Experience working with Landlord and Tenants*** ***Job/Repairs are on-call*** ***Experience working with Rental Property maintenance issues*** ***Must be able to go around Central Arkansas, as properties are located within this area*** Duties: Repair/Fix maintenance issues that tenants are having. Take before and after pictures for documentation. Repair/Maintenance will be on-call. Pay will depend on the job but we usually rate $15-$25/hr If you are interested feel free to call or text me!
