Looking for a room to rent or small basement apartment. Just got a job driving on the road but need something for when I'm home. Will help with chores when I'm home. I'm female, early 40's, easy going and like to laugh. Not wanting to rent my own apartment because I'm not sure how much I'll be in town. I'm clean, trustworthy, responsible and am employed. I don't have pets and don't do drugs. Prefer someone with no cats please. Prefer something furnished but can aquire furniture and also would like to be on a bus line (as I don't have a vehicle yet) Prefer in either North Sioux City (not the north side of Sioux city) or in Riverside area. Looking to move in 5/1/22. Can pay up to 300 for room or more for basement apartment. Prefer utilities included. Would prefer a female roomie/landlord but open to a male if I don't get creepy vibes 😊 need someone I can trust and that I get along with. I'm open to suggestions/ideas and everything I listed are just my preferences, I'd still like to chat even if something I've mentioned here doesn't fit exactly. Thank you kindly!
