Her name is "Lucy". She is very friendly and lively and will often run up to people. Lost in Eugene across the street from the Fairgrounds, around The Lincoln School. Around 13th & Jefferson. She is an orange, short haired female. Tall, lanky, and skinny. About 9 and 1/2 pounds. She has a low, grumbley, "grumpy" sounding meow. She has a prominent chin. Wearing a grey flea collar.
