We're a property management company with over 300 units under management and we're looking to expand our team! Are you a problem solver? We're looking for Maintenance Technicians that can coordinate with tenants to perform minor repairs and maintenance to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, hardware, and safety systems. Must be detail-oriented to help ensure accurate documentation is maintained and posses the ability to work safely and take proper safety precautions as required completing assigned tasks. Day to day tasks include, but not limited too ~ -Install Privacy Door Knobs and Keypad Locks, and Deadbolts -Property Unit Turns -Drywall Wall Repair and Interior Painting -Light/Electrical Fixture Repair and Installation -Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair -Window and Door Repair -Basic Carpentry -Furniture Assembly -Interior Caulking -Weatherproofing -Toilet, Sink, Drain Repairs, Leaks and Clogs -Install or Fix Garbage Disposals -Install or Replace Plumbing Fixtures, Toilets, Vanities Compensation depends on experience and maintenance knowledge. Pay starts at $15-$25/hr with the option to further grow and make more with our company. All workers are 1099, work on their own schedule, and have the option to be paid daily or weekly.
