Opening for: EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician Multi-Family Housing Bring your OWN Tools, Experience, and SMILE � IMMEDIATE OPENING(S) for Service oriented Individuals to perform routine maintenance at Multifamily Housing Properties. Preference given to Qualified Applicants that have 2-5 years’ of technical, vocational or On-the-Job training with any of the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, HVAC, Carpentry. General maintenance duties will include: (Not all encompassing) Interior/exterior painting, and drywall repairs. Process and complete maintenance work orders, and vacant units rent ready timely. Repair/Replace: household appliances, heating and cooling system, plumbing, minor electrical, and carpentry. Janitorial cleaning of common areas, vacant units and grounds. Emergency maintenance: on-call 24 hours a day and some weekends will be required. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
