HIRING 3 PT FLOAT POSITIONS - $18/hour DAYTIME - Lead Float position + company gas reimbursement allowance up to $150/per month. We are seeking a lead cleaner who can float with Open Availability, Monday through Friday, DAYTIME HOURS 8-4PM. Must be able to pass a background check. EVENINGS - Lead Float position + company gas reimbursement allowance up to $150/per month. We are seeking a lead cleaner who can float with Open Availability, Monday through Friday, EVENING HOURS 4-MIDNIGHT. Must be able to pass a background check. WEEKENDS - Lead Float position + company gas reimbursement allowance up to $150/per month. We are seeking a lead cleaner who can float with Open Availability, Friday, Saturdays & Sundays. Must be able to pass a background check. We are a growing company with opportunities for promotion. This position has room for advancement and growth within the company seeking leadership qualities, organizational skills, leading from within the company. Responsibilities: ~Perform inspections at various accounts on a web based app ~Clean, stock, maintain, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) ~Ability to work independently and also work as a team with other cleaners to quickly and efficiently ~Order supplies as needed before they are out of stock ~Ability to do detail cleaning Additional: Ability to train and Ability to do inspections Requirements: ~Proven working experience as a Cleaner ~Reliable and dependable ~Ability to lift heavy bags and boxes, up to 20lbs ~Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies a plus ~High school degree Contact Marcia if interested: 612-554-1374 or go to www.cmtjanitorial.com and scroll down to "Become an Employee" and click on that and fill out the application.
