Bats, Birds, Squirrels and Raccoons mainly. Animals find their way into structures via air drafts that exude from gaps, and openings that most structures naturally have. The animals may give birth, chew and destroy property, or the structure itself. We do many different types of sealing, metal fabrication, extractions, as well as installation of pre manufactured products on both residential homes as well as commercial buildings. Clients call us with various wildlife issues such as racoons in their attics. Squirrels that have chewed into their home somewhere. Bats are flying around in living spaces. These are the typical types of calls we take. We drive out, perform an inspection on the property. After taking detailed notes and photos, we get a scope of work together (a quote) for the client. As for the work, we seal up the structures making them impervious to wildlife entry, and trap/remove/exclude the nuisance animals. This position DOES require LADDER & ROOF work. Applicants with legitimate experience apply only please. The areas that these animals access often are very hard to get to or very high up. Safety comes first here and we have many different tools and apparatus to keep everyone safe. To start, there is a 30 Day probationary period. This 30 Day trial period will be at an hourly rate at $25/hr. If possible new hire makes it the full 30 Days, a review of applicant will then be made, and a full time position may be offered at that time. This is a great company for the right person. Self motivated. Responsible. Can work on your own efficiently as well as with others. Punctuality is a MUST! Experience in siding, roofing, framing, or ladder work is very much preferred. After the 30 Day trial period this becomes a straight commission based job, with opportunities to make $100k plus annually!!! Technicians that come to the business new typically make around $70-$80k their first year!!! There is also a $350 sign on bonus if the employee is offered a full time position after the 30 Day trial period is up.
