Job Description HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for Housekeeper/Janitor- Pressure Washer to support the Parks in Arlington. Pay Rate: $12.15/ Hour / Pressure washer: 13.25 Available Shift: 4pm-12:30am/ 8am-4pm. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting). Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing). Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas). Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions. Safely operate floor equipment (scrubbers). Follow assigned schedule. Perform other general cleaning duties as needed POSITION REQUIEMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test. Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking.
