Hello, I am looking to get back into music in the Twin Cities. Eventually to play out, but I am way out of touch at the moment. I listen to a wide variety of genres, but I would eventually be playing something that would fall under the "rock" umbrella - leaning more aggressive at times. Drunk Rock if I had to get cute about it. Getting to the point: I am looking for some recommendations for venues, upcoming shows, and local bands to check out. Looking to see some cool stuff, make some connections, that kind of thing. I have no band friends anymore and have been shut in for the usual reasons.
