I am looking to adopt or re-home a spayed female cat in good health as a playmate for my 13 year old neutered male cat. Must be willing to do a meet-and-greet to make sure they are compatible and get along well. She can be an older cat as long as she likes to play, or a younger cat who is playful but gentle. He was indoor outdoor until I recently moved here, now he is lonely and just sleeps a lot. I am a responsible pet owner and have always had pairs of cats until I adopted my current cat 3 years ago. Because he was indoors and outdoors he had lots of playmates where I lived before. My past cats have lived to be 16 - 22 years old. It is important that my cat and any new member to our house are compatible which is why I can not adopt from local shelters: they will not do meet-and-greets.
