About the Company Northern Lakes Estates and Concierge is looking for a Couer D Alene-area candidate who is looking for a position with a thriving company working in beautiful outdoor locations in and around the Gozzer area. We have been providing excellent service to our clients for 25 years specializing in high-end residential landscape and maintenance. The company culture is infused with integrity, high energy and outdoor fun. Job Description: This is a hybrid position combining general landscaping and handyman skills with boat maintenance and transportation in the beautiful outdoors. You are responsible for servicing properties and ensuring professional service. Job Requirements: • performs general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties • be able to operate standard landscaping machinery • home improvement and handyman experience preferred • demonstrated ability to safely and proficiently operate boats a plus • works without supervision • reliable transportation • be able to lift 50 lbs.
