Seeking experience general handyman for Apartment maintenance and renovation. Job full time and Monday to Friday. • 3 years relevant experience in facility maintenance or construction • Valid driver’s license and insurable • Ideally will have own hand tools, major power tools provided • Self-Motivated, hard working with great attitude • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently • Pride in workmanship • Excellent communication skills with owners, subcontractors, coworkers and tenants • Present themselves in a professional manner • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions Desired Skills: • Light Framing • Cabinet installation • Window and Door installation • Drywall • Painting • Tile work a plus but not necessary • Finish work • Flooring • Decking Weekly paycheck, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, health insurance available after probationary period.
