*Perform customer service duties, i.e. answering the phone, scheduling service appointments, and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up
*Greet customers upon arrival to shop and cash out if they are picking up, or schedule their vehicle for maintenance, start a repair order for customer in Tekmetric
*Find out reason for customer visit through verbal interview
*Consult with Service Advisor regarding appropriate service options and which mechanic or technician is appropriate for the job
*Drop off/pick up customers as needed
*Clean customer vehicles as needed
*Ring up customers at the front desk and facilitate financial transactions
*Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Service Advisor or owner
*Must have great customer service skills, willing to teach the right person about the automotive industry (parts, services offered, etc.)
*Some data entry and filing
*Must be able to answer phones and take detailed messages and know how to operate a computer
*Compassionate and patient demeanor
