Deck Building-Staining, Paver Patios-Remodel Work

I am a semi retired remodeling contractor with some Spring Projects I need some help with. Please only reply if you have done this kind of work before! Presently I have a larger paver patio (650 SF) with radius' I need a quote on ASAP. I also have a few deck staining, railings, fence, pressure washing jobs I need a helper or helpers on. The fence could be subbed, it is simple 10 prefab 6' privacy sections, with 5 new posts that need to be set in concrete and a gate to be installed. (THERE ARE 6 EXISTING POSTS THAT WILL BE USED AGAIN) The pressure washing could also be subbed if you have a pressure washer, it entails pressure washing a grout level 300 SF Deck area and approximately 2000 SF of Vinyl siding all on the first floor no ladder work required. The entire job ( deck and house) will take an experienced guy 6-8 hours max to wash. The other work is miscellaneous carpentry work which I will pay a decent hourly or day rate depending on what tools you bring to the job and how well you work the first day. There is also some work that a helper could do with very minimal carpentry skills, this would mostly entail staining and sealing decks and screwing down deck boards and lattice boards under the deck. PLEASE DESIGNATE WHAT YOUR SKILL SET IS, WHAT TOOLS YOU WILL BRING TO THE JOB AND WHAT SPECIFIC PROJECT OR PROJECTS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WHEN YOU REPLY. I AM TOO BUSY TO MEET ON THE JOB SITE TO DO ANY "SUB CONTRACTOR QUOTES" SO PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR LABOR BID BASED ON THE INFO I FURNISHED ALL MATERIALS WILL BE ON SITE. I CAN EMAIL THE PLANS FOR THE PAVER PATIO AS THAT ONE IS A BIT MORE COMPLEX.
