We are a family-owned residential renovation and remodeling company that is growing exponentially and needs someone to join our team as a carpenter/construction laborer. Our primary focus is on deck building but we also do interior remodeling and renovations, sheetrock/drywall, painting and framing/carpentry. The ideal candidate would: - Consider themselves hardworking, reliable, dependable, and easy going - Have basic carpentry/framing experience BUT a willingness to learn and the ability to retain knowledge is most important - Manual labor experience a plus - Have a valid drivers license and own vehicle OR reliable transportation (job sites will mainly be in St Louis City, St Louis County and St Charles County) - Be able to lift 50lbs, follow directions, work well on a small team and work with hand tools. Competitive hourly salary based on experience with opportunities for pay raises, bonuses, gas/mileage reimbursement, boot and clothing allowance and other perks as well as health insurance options. We value hard work and reward team members accordingly. 5 day work week (M-F) 8/9am-4/5pm, 7-8 hour days. 75% of the work is outdoors, 25% of the work is indoors.
