Experienced professional remodeler wanted in north Denver. Flexible hours. Normal weekday hours or weekends possible. Work full time or moonlight in your free hours for extra money. - Must have your own tools and transportation. - Must be able to plumb, install tubs and vanities, do basic framing and drywall and basic electric. - Must be able to order materials without excessive waste and do quality and guaranteed work. - Must be able to work both on a team and unsupervised. - I will start qualified individuals at $25 an hour cash. I can go up to $30 for fast, efficient superstar/problem solvers with wide experience after you have demonstrated your value on the job. - You will be paid for your work in cash at the end of the following work day so that after your first day you will be paid daily. - Highly flexible hours but looking for someone who wants to work and can get projects finished in a timely manner.
