Description
The General Foreman is a working supervisor and oversees a crew of Carpenters & Laborers to construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools. He/She will install rough carpentry, finish carpentry, doors, door frames, door hardware, and concrete forming. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience Requirements: 5 years or greater - Experience as a carpenter on commercial construction projects. Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
