Younger male rottweiler, presumed dumped in West End/Lakeview. Rescuer can not keep. Dog is not neutered. Must provide vet reference and allow drive by to assure secure yard. This dog will escape again and again if not neutered. Not good for homes with female dog, unless immediately fixed. Map posted has no purpose.
