Job Description: We are currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance /Make Ready Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. MUST have previous experience and HVAC Licenses. Responsibilities: Ensuring that apartments are made ready for new residents Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Working with a team to perform routine preventive maintenance Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields HVAC Certificate required Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance offered Free life insurance PTO Quarterly bonuses Monthly bonuses
