DENVER, CO — A 31-year-old woman is accused of kidnapping a baby from Utah and flying to Colorado, according to a report by 9News. Citing a criminal complaint filed Saturday, 9News said the baby's mother believed she had COVID-19, and took her three children to a babysitter. The babysitter dropped the two older children off at a friend's house and boarded a plane to Colorado Springs with the baby, according to the report. She then drove in a rented vehicle to Denver International Airport, where she was reportedly arrested. The baby was kidnapped for "ransom, reward or otherwise," according to the complaint obtained by 9News. Read the full story here.
