At this time we do not currently accept insurance, however, we can provide you a bill so you can try to bill your own insurance. Pricing: New Patient mental health evaluation $150. New Patient mental health evaluation with prescription (add $75) New patient for physical health (cold/flu like symptoms, sinusitis, bronchitis etc) $120.
