Great local food farming opportunity – and it comes with an $800.00 hiring bonus! We’re hiring for our farm in Redfield (Dallas County, west of Adel), where we farm sustainably and raise vegetables, eggs, and chicken. We’re not certified organic, but we use organic farming practices, and our chickens are cage-free and pastured. Work at the farm involves a lot of variety, including vegetable and egg production; animal care; loading and unloading supplies; minor maintenance; and other tasks as they come up around the farm. Raccoon Forks Farms also has a special additional mission: we provide supported employment services to adults who have disabilities! Starting pay is $14 per hour.
