DESCRIPTION: LB Trading is seeking a full-time driver. Reporting to the Operations Manager. This position has the responsibility of driving trucks of multiple sizes up to 26-foot box trucks and transporting material from host locations to LB Trading Business Unit; the driver will service the sites and routes provided by LB Trading. Once the route is determined, the driver will be responsible for collecting all bagged and loose clothes and shoes in and around the bins. The driver will also be responsible for the proper maintenance of the sites, which includes cleaning and collecting all the possible rubbish disposed of in and around the bins. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other responsibilities may be assigned): * Demonstrate safe/efficient driving skills * Complying with Federal, State, and Local laws guidelines * Good customer service and ability to communicate verbally with customers in a professional manner. * Ability to adhere to and enforce all safety procedures. * Served the donations bins designated on a route daily * Load and unload the trucks. * Communicate with management any problem or safety preoccupation taken * Must be prepared and flexible to perform associated and related job functions that are not specifically identified in this job description. REQUIREMENTS: * A valid driver's license * Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card * Knowledge of FMCSA Guidelines and the ability to communicate per FMCSA * An insurance accepted driving record * Must be experienced driving 26-foot box trucks * Must be at least 21 years old * Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report Job Type: Full-time Payment: Cash Consistent Weekly Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Remark: After training is done, we will be reviewing for experience and the work done for salary increase
