JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing maintenance for the Wisconsin Campuses (Wauwatosa, Glendale, Mt. Pleasant). JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain overall building maintenance, including utilities and repairs Closing the college campus on Fridays Relocating furniture between campuses Assists with campus events, including performing set up and tear down Perform related duties and responsibilities, as needed between all three campuses Transporting students to and from campus by the shuttle bus Other duties assign by your manager KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proficient in excel, knowledge of AutoCAD is desired Ability to meet and deal effectively with students of diverse populations Confidence and self-assurance Customer service & willingness to assist in all aspects of the college Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all associates Knowledge of College systems and procedures Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities Ability to prioritize tasks Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Wisconsin Driver's License EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma/GED required Experience in building maintenance
