The Maintenance Technician assists the Crew Leader in performing entry-level, quality lawncare on commercial properties of various sizes. Technicians are responsible for loading and unloading Company vehicles, safe operation of all Company equipment and tools, as well as various lawncare tasks, including but not limited to: installing plant beds, weed control, trimming, and edging. Hours vary based on the season and some overtime will be required. Benefits: Pay raises every 90 days!!! Attendance Bonus every 90 days!!! Snow removal rates of $25-$30/hour based on equipment knowledge!!! Guaranteed 40 hours/week of pay each Winter if you are available for work! Brand new equipment and tools! Paid time off!
