We are currently hiring in this area and looking for a Restoration Content Packing/Cleaning Assistant to become part of our team! As an entry level restoration/content technician assistant, you are a key team member that will be partnered with a Lead Technician. As you gain knowledge and experience in the field, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge with certifications and promotions! The person in this position works as a contents technician as well as learning the mitigation and being a part of the mitigation team as well! Qualifications: Responsibilities: Attention to detail Clean commercial and residential facilities. Outgoing, positive personality following water or fire damage Ability to work standing up for extended Carefully pack items for removal, storage, periods and restoration Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Assure packed items are properly accounted for, logged, and scanned Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, some night and weekend work is Perform work in a timely and efficient required manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Onsite packing on clients belongs to include wrapping, boxing, and moving small to large items as well as wrapping and moving furniture. • Carefully pack items for removal, storage, and restoration (must be able to lift 20-50 pounds). • Clean commercial and residential facilities following water or fire damage • Assure packed items are properly accounted for, logged, and scanned • Driving company vehicles to job sites. • Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property • Inventory and labeling of personal property • Maintain clean work areas and equipment. • Cross trained within the mitigation team as well Requirements for this job are: • Attention to detail • Outgoing, positive personality • Ability to work standing up for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs. • Other duties as assigned Skills Imperative to The Job: • Good oral and verbal communication • Dependable and punctual • Positive mindset • Detail oriented • Works well with others and as part of a team • Problem solving skills *No Felonies or Misdemeanors. Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, some night and weekend work is required. Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Biweekly pay
