I’m so sad to post this.... but...... we rescued her from SAP a while ago. She was going to be euthanized. She is truly so sweet, trusting and good IF she has chew toys & is the only dog. She is playful but she sometimes wants to play too much w/my small dog. He hides from her. But to be fair he’s also shy! But anyways, when we rescued her from SAP we knew she was heart worm positive (not contagious) & that she’s been hit by a car before bcuz she has a broken leg & pelvis but it’s healing & you’d actually never be able to tell! She runs and plays like a perfectly well dog! She loves to cuddle on the couch, play tug of war and give hugs. She’s GREAT w/kids & toddlers. She lays right next to them to cuddle. Her love and gentleness w/kids is her most remarkable quality! She likes to chase cats... & if given the chance WILL run away & most likely come back..... lol! I say that because she’s bolted a few times but we’ve gotten her each time. However she was a stray at one point so it’s possible she ran from her first home. She’s current on vaccines & flea/heat worm and will come with her monthly treatments & bones She needs a gentle committed owner to spend her last years with as we don’t know how old she is or how long she has left. We knew that when we adopted her bcuz she was to be euthanized. She’s seriously amazing but cannot live with small dogs or cats. I will not take her back to the shelter! She was heartbroken to be there and I never want her to go back there again. Please message me for more info to see if your the right fit. She needs a loving strong person. Although she looks big she’s tiny! I can carry her easily. She’s like 20 lb. super short and petite. Possibly a rottie mix. Not sure... super sweet tho! Likes everyone and barks only minimally @ strangers She’s located in south Austin/ buda! I have plenty of vet references for her and she is 45$ re home with all of her belongings only to the right family
