Position: Food Prep We are looking for Food Prep’s for a premier meal prep provider in Arizona that offers: • Different sized meals and menus to create a custom meal program. • Breakfast, Salad, Lunch, and Dinner meals to choose from. • Dietary preference accommodations, such as GF, DF, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian, and Pescatarian. • All natural proteins, responsibly sourced produce, and quality carbs. Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 Shifts (Days of Week/Times): 1st Shift – 9am – 5pm (9am-2pm if needed) • Sat-Tues • Flexible - Can work Sat/Mon, Sun/Tues, OR Sat/Sun Pay Rate: $14/hr Food Handler’s Card required – MUST BE BROUGHT ON YOUR FIRST DAY Attire: black pants, slip resistant shoes (will be given a week if they do not have them for their start date), clean shirt (no profanity) **They will be provided with chef tops/coats when they arrive Job Description: • Follow the prep list to plan duties • Label and stock all ingredients in organized and easily accessible manner • Measure out ingredients and seasonings • Prepare cooking ingredients: washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc. • Prepare simple dishes such as salads, etc. • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly • Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc. • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned • Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen • Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils • Good physical condition and endurance
