ABOUT THIS LISTING The studio is a 550 sq feet, bright and brand new private space with 2 large windows, high ceilings (16 feet), 12 x 5-foot studio door, a sink inside the studio, furniture like tables chairs, sofa, and closet. Heating, fan, and WiFi are included. I'AM SUBLETTING the studio since I am not able to use it for a while, I would give half of the space all clean, but you would use all the space by yourself for a great deal. Open to short or long term. The studio is on the 3rd floor of the beautiful art center Mana Contemporary (art community, full of services for artists, restaurant, art galleries, free parking 24H, freight and passenger elevators, 24/7 security and access, visit their website http://manacontemporary.com/). Easy to get from/to Manhattan via Path train, Mana is only 5minute walk from the Journal Square Path station (3' stops from World Trade Center=12 minutes) Available to show the studio and send pictures. ABOUT THIS LISTER I'm a painter, and leaseholder, I'm looking for an artist to sublet my studio while I'll be not able to use it. FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER 2022. I work with water-based colors and mediums. I love my studio and I care to keep it nice, clean, and well organized. I love Mana in general, all the spaces are so beautiful and comfortable and there is a great community, great crowd, and interesting programs. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS - 1st and last month's deposits required - a few words are required about artist techniques and materials that will be used in the studio (I've been using -and I will - just water-based and acrylic colors, not toxic materials).
