We are a nanny agency hiring for multiple roles..Please see details below :) ____________ Please see details below: Position: Nanny for Two under Three Location: Toluca Lake Pay: $25-$30hr/Depends on Experience Schedule: Part Time-Somewhat Flex Schedule, ideally morning start time.5-6 hours per day Start Date: ASAP Our clients are in need of an experienced baby nanny, to provide care for their toddler (soon to be three) and soon to be newborn. The nanny must love dogs as they have one small dog, who is very sweet. The nanny should also be willing to learn and follow wake windows for newborns/babies and eat, play, sleep schedule. The mother can go over this if needed, however they would prefer someone who has worked often with newborns or taken extra newborn care classes etc. This is a no time outs household, and family can go over alternatives. Their ideal candidate is aware of and can help provide educational experiences through play based age appropriate activities (games, reading, sensory activities, art possibly outings), keeping their son engaged through different play activities is very important to them. A little screen time for their son is okay, if necessary, but trying to keep it to a minimum. The family has two housekeepers who come one day per week, but would love it if toys etc are as tidy as possible by the end of the day every day. Some days, they may require more help (baby/kids laundry washing and folding, meal prep, taking dishes out of the dishwasher, some errands like grocery shopping). This wouldn't necessarily be every day, and mom can leave a list daily or the day before of what might be required. They would love someone to be flexible and open and willing to help out if asked during naps when the baby arrives or when toddler son is at school. Mom doesn’t have a traditional 9-5 job and just wants someone comfortable with parents being in and out of the home, especially as they are transitioning and bringing a nanny onboard. Please have a clean driving record as school pick up and drop off might be needed once baby arrives. Currently, toddler gets dropped off at school between 12:40-12:50 and gets picked up between 3:40-3:50. The school he goes to is about 2 miles from their house. Their baby girl is due in mid-July. In a perfect world, they would love someone to start part time until around June. However, if they did find the right person, they would be happy to extend to full time earlier. Nanny would just have to be flexible to provide family assistance until the baby arrives (maybe help organize the toddler son's rooms and nursery and going through clothes, toys etc to donate and organize... more errands or help around the house like walking their dog etc). They are also willing to be flexible on daily start and stop times for full time as the mother doesn’t have a traditional job, and both parents are self employed. ______________________ Position: Flexible Baby Nanny Location:Brentwood Pay: $Open, Competitive (DOE) Schedule: Somewhat Flexible, Family is willing to offer PT or FT for the right fit. The ideal candidate would be willing to work flexibly 5 days a week, offering some weekday afternoon coverage (esp during the busy 2-7PM hours) along with some evening coverage and weekend support as needed. Schedule could be Tues-Sat, Wed-Sun, or other. Start Date: ASAP Our clients are searching for a loving, warm, and heartfelt nanny to look after their baby girl. This nanny would be a supplemental support for their full time nanny, who cares for their school aged old twin boys and the 9 month old baby girl. Comfort with the older boys would be a plus. Though they are looking for part time afternoon & occasional weekend support, they’d be willing to offer full time hours for the right candidate. This is a kind and loving family, darling baby, & competitive pay. They would love a nanny who can foster independence, security, and support & encourage the children. This is a very supportive household, not super disciplinarian, and everything in moderation is generally okay. Both parents both work from home and are very busy, so a nanny who can be flexible would be ideal. Their baby girl is on a great schedule, however the nanny should anticipate a constantly evolving routine as the baby develops and reaches new milestones. Willingness to swim with the baby is important as they have a pool, and have her in swim lessons. Though travel is not required, they’d love it if the nanny would be open to occasional travel. Please be comfortable working alongside another nanny, as their current nanny has been with them for years, and has become a part of their family. She even relocated with the family, which speaks wonders on how lovely this family is! They’d love to find another long term nanny who will also grow with them and become another member of the family. __________________________ Position: Nanny for Baby Girl Location: Pacific Palisades Pay: $25+/Depends on Experience Schedule: Part Time to Potentially Full Time Start Date: ASAP Our clients are searching for an educated, kind, and energetic nanny to look after their playful & sweet 9 month old baby girl. Their ideal candidate is kind spirited, joyful, youthful, energetic, and is creative in coming up with stimulating activities and a playtime routine that will foster both an engaged and independent child. They’d also like their nanny to promote an active baby - crawling, standing, walking and lots of movement. Their baby girl is very curious, crawls, loves to observe, and notices small details, so it would be a huge bonus if the nanny is educated in child development, and has experience working in an elementary school or preschool setting. The family also really appreciates Southern values, as they are a very loving, warm household. They practice positive redirection, guiding their little one to learn appropriate skills over discipline. Both parents work from home, and mom is very hands on. Mom will also guide the nanny on what to cook/prepare for their daughter, as everything they make is healthy, homemade, sugar free, and unprocessed. This is also a very strict no screen household, and would love a nanny who respects their requirements of absolute no screen time as their little girl is drawn to screens when used near or around her. They also require a strong and fit candidate, as they have a very expansive home with stairs, and are also looking to expand their family in the near future. Please also note, this is a no CIO (cry it out) household, and their daughter sleeps pretty well on her own when her sleep cues are understood. *Please note, the family has one small dog, so please be comfortable with pets.
