Rehab Plumbing Pressure Final Inspection

I have a house in Lebanon that is complete. I need to call for a final inspection. All new plumbing was done. Plumbing inspector said I need to have the pressure test done so he can make sure it passes the 15 minute rule and approve the plumbing final. Reply back if you have experience with this and can handle this for me.
