I want to be ''up front about what I'm looking for" so before you read this, I'm not looking for any of the above: no seedy persons, absolutely no DRUGS, no marijuana smokers ever, no alcoholics, or dependencies. Or persons who are doing wrong rather than right!! Okay are we good? Let's continue. I'm looking for a very friendly and easy to get along with black lady perhaps 38-58 who can help me in my business. I'm in the Buckner Terrace area of Dallas around zip 75227-75228 Samuell Blvd+I-30/Jim Miller. You can assist me in my business. It's not hard work. Maybe a couple of days a week to start. You need a good running car with AC. I used to own a night club and thinking about another one. Also I'm into music and need you to drive me to meets and rehearsals. So if you have little to do with your time, I think this is a good match. I sometimes have business meetings and it would be good to help out, take notes, and the like. I'm transitioning as a 78 yoa. I'm very friendly, very intelligent and have been in business 42 yrs. So if you have a little time on your hands, and you're presentable, etc., it may work out. Possible long term perhaps 2-3 years. You will be replacing a man who can't show up on time and makes me miss appointments that are important. Neither is he nice but rude. A senior is a blessing, not a curse. I'm a retired Chef and so you know we love to eat well so you will enjoy good food, meetings at nice places where I may be able to book my shows as I'm also a musician. Anyway I can use a little help and pay is daily. Please, I want a AA woman or African woman from the Continent. I can help with a green card and possible place to stay also possible clothing, shoes, etc. Because we sometimes must dress to impress at venues. Also all forms of dress from jeans to evening gowns. Also no need to wear masks to please don't. Alcoholic bevs may be imbibed as well but not while driving. I am an ''enlighten'' new-aged black man. If you are too that is a plus.
