Moments before I spotted the stray basket, I noticed a woman on a scooter (stylish scooter - not sure if it was a Vespa but it was that style) heading south on S 5th towards Oltorf. I suspect this is the scooter / person the basket belongs to. It’s a sterling silver and lapis earring. On the back it’s signed “Sterling AJV”. It has moving pieces and it’s other piece misses it tremendously! I've already retraced my steps and am hoping someone picked it up for safe keepings.
